Thomas M. Jackson was raised in Dickinson, North Dakota and is a graduate of Dickinson Trinity High School. He received his Bachelor of Science in History from North Dakota State University and his Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
During law school Tom interned with the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission and also with Douglas County Corrections. He was also involved in the clinic program at Creighton University. |
Upon graduation from Creighton, he worked as a public defender in Dakota County, Nebraska. Thomas then moved back to North Dakota and practiced with the non-profit organization Legal Services of North Dakota.
Thomas understands that the key to representing a client is understanding the client’s wishes and then representing those wishes properly.
Mr. Jackson practices in trusts and estates and general civil litigation. He is licensed to practice in Nebraska and North Dakota.
In his spare time Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, hunting and fishing. Mr. Jackson also serves as a Mandan City Commissioner, a position he has held since 2008. |
