Steven L. Latham was raised in Bowman, North Dakota and graduated from Bowman High School.  He received a degree in Political Science from the Honors Program at the University of North Dakota and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Dakota.

Upon being admitted to the State Bar, Mr. Latham practiced law for two years in his hometown of Bowman, where upon he moved to Bismarck, North Dakota and served two years as an Assistant Attorney General for the Highway Department trying eminent domain cases. 

Mr. Latham then returned to private practice and has over 30 years of experience in the private practice of law.

Mr. Latham concentrates in the area of litigation, personal injury, social security disability, and workers compensation.

He is married to Karen and has two children, Joe and Anna.
