Samuel is an associate attorney with Larson Latham Huettl.  His practice focuses on the areas of creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, business planning, and business law, including commercial transactions and litigation.  Samuel is licensed to practice in North Dakota. 

Samuel grew up in Bismarck, ND.  In 2005, he graduated with a B.A. degree from Minnesota State University at Moorhead.

He earned both a Juris Doctor with a Business Law concentration and a Masters in Business Administration from Gonzaga University in 2009. 

During law school, he gained significant experience as a legal intern for Larson Latham Huettl.
