Paul C. Germolus has been in the practice of law in Bismarck, North Dakota for 11 years, and is a partner of the Larson Latham Huettl Law Firm.  His primary areas of practice are agricultural law, wildlife law, natural resource law, real estate transaction and real property law, business and commercial transactions, and estate planning.

Paul formerly served as a North Dakota Assistant Attorney General for seven years, and while in that capacity represented the Agriculture Commissioner, North Dakota Game and Fish Department, and numerous other State natural resource agencies. 

He also spent five years as a sole practitioner in Bismarck prior to joining Larson Latham Huettl.  Before his legal career, Paul was involved with his family’s farming operation, worked for a crop consulting company, and spent five years with the Archer Daniels Midland Company as a commodities merchandiser.

He received his B.S. degree from North Dakota State University in agricultural economics and his juris doctor degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law.  Paul is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of North Dakota and the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota. Paul is a member of:  American Agricultural Law Association (Member since 1997); State Bar Association of North Dakota (Member, Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law); Big Muddy Bar Association; and Western Dakota Estate Planning Council.
