Erica began working with Larson Latham Huettl in May of 2009 and currently serves as Steve Latham’s secretary.  Prior to working for Larson Latham Huettl, Erica worked for the North Dakota Department of Human Services Economic Assistance Policy Division.  She has a degree in Business Management and is currently furthering her education.

In her spare time she enjoys camping, cooking, and jogging with her daughter.
